Welcome to the Linksy Reports page, where we offer a detailed analysis of your site's linking structure.

This page features two main tabs: the Links report and the Domains report.

In the Links report is a comprehensive table showing posts with details like title, published date, word count, and the number of inbound, outbound internal, and external links.

Hovering over each title reveals actionable links: 'Link-In' to add inbound links, 'Link-Out' to add outbound links, 'Rewriter' for adding inbound links by rewriting paragraphs to include focus keywords, 'Edit' to go to the post edit screen, and 'View' to view the page.

Clicking on the link count displays a table with the title and anchor text related to the link. You can delete any or all links using the delete button, which detaches the link while leaving the anchor text intact.

Unlike the main Posts page of your site, this page displays all the post types you set during setup.

The filter section allows you to refine displayed posts using various filters, such as post type, post status, category, tags, publish date, word count, inbound internal links, outbound internal links, and external links. Use the Apply button to see filtered results.

Above this section, is the Search box to quickly find posts by title using Ajax.

For example, searching 'Dog' returns all the post titles containing the word Dog from the data in the table.

The Orphaned and Self-contained buttons filter posts with no inbound or outbound internal links, respectively.

The Export button enables data export based on the current table view.

Selecting 'Basic Export' or 'Detailed Export' exports only the visible data, in this case the posts containing the word 'dog'.

And finally the Rescan links button. This refreshes data for accuracy, useful when link data seems incorrect.

Now to the Domains report tab.

This tab presents a table listing each domain and the respective links from your site, along with their anchor texts.

In future updates, Linksy will allow you to apply link attributes individually or in bulk at the domain level and to delete links in bulk. Currently, bulk deletion of external links is available on the search and replace page.

The filter section offers further customization, and the Search option lets you search by domain, link, or both. The Export button is also available for exporting the current table data.

Thank you for watching.
